Inspired Tastings

In an attempt to enjoy food to its fullest with humor and open mind I invite you to my table. Together, I as kitchen conspirator and you as willing open-minded judges, we sample dishes in multi-course tastings…a process of trial and error, but for the most part the company and atmosphere coupled with wines, a great success thus far. We focus on food with those of like enthusiasm and to allow ourselves to let food be an inspiration. I hope this will serve to intrigue some and entice more.
